  The company that i work for had a customer that needed emergency service today and unfortunately we were so overbooked that we were not able to service our customer. She had water overflowing out of her basement toilet and flooding her house! I referred them to Drain 911 Plumbing and Sewer. Our customer lived in Long Grove and These guys were right next door. Lets just say that my customer was so happy with them that she called me to tell me just how good they were. She was 85 years old and was not prepared for this type of emergency. It is rare this type of thing happens, however in reflection i am glad they were able to help. In the future i will continue to refer Drain 911 and hope they can make all of customers this happy!   So today started out as a horrible day. I woke to a water heater that basically blew up. There is water every where in my basement and of course the little drain by the water heater is clogged so all the water had no where to go. Called up drain 911 plumbing off the internet. They got over to my house in Palatine in 30 minutes which was a plus, unclogged the drain by the water heater. Then they helped me get a new 75 gallon water heater and actually got it done already. They even helped me get rid of the water in my basement, the helped me put out some fans too. They really went above and beyond, i did not think that there were still that kind of people out there that help out with things without being asked. Huge help, thanks guys!
